Sex therapy.
Sex therapy is talk therapy that addresses the various factors affecting one's sexual experience. It does not involve sexual activity or surrogacy. This therapy is free from personal opinions, bias, and cultural narratives. Creating a safe environment for discussing sexual concerns without judgment or shame is crucial.
The process includes a thorough assessment and creating a treatment plan with specific goals. Sex therapy may include assignments, self-exploration, relaxation exercises, and other activities to improve your sex life.

I help cultivate eroticism in relationships by supporting couples to communicate honestly about their sexual preferences. Many struggle with vulnerability and fear of rejection, leading to neglect or decline in eroticism. It's important to adapt and evolve as our sexuality changes over time. I empower couples to co-create a satisfying sexual relationship that adapts to their changing lives.

Relationship therapy.
Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) is proven couples therapy based on attachment theory. Negative behaviors caused by a lack of bond can harm communication and lead to disconnection, but EFT helps couples build a secure bond, fostering love and emotional connection. Through EFT, the aim is to help you and your partner reconnect, heal past hurts, and improve sensitive areas. Through therapy, you'll understand the root of negative communication patterns and learn to build trust and closeness. EFT fosters resilience, creating an emotionally connected and secure couple.
Perinatal mental health.
Perinatal mental health refers to the emotional wellbeing of the birth partner, their partner and their infant from conception until 24 months postpartum. This period represents a transitional life stage that can be associated with increased vulnerability to experiencing mental health disorder. Perinatal therapy provides emotional support and treatment to those who are struggling with pregnancy and parenting adjustment, a perinatal mood or anxiety disorder (such as perinatal depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder or post-traumatic stress syndrome), or grief related to infertility or perinatal loss.
High-profile clients.
I have built my practice to work with the particular needs of public figures including celebrities, professional athletes, business leaders and other high profile clients who require an especially high level of discretion. I offer after hour sessions and customized intensives (2-6 hour sessions) to accommodate clients with heavy travel schedules and public lifestyles which can make scheduling at a regular time difficult.
Speaking and events.
I am happy to create customized speaking events to your private group. I am open to educate around sexual health, perinatal mental health, relationships, and how to integrate all three!
Fees are determined during consultation for speaking event.
